The friendly helpfullness of 'all"the staff we came in contact with and the central location of the Hotel to the ammenities of the city. The rooms were clean and of adequate size and also they were quiet.Having the garden area available for a chill out period was also very pleasant.
Pretty rooms in an attractive location.
i'liked the situation.the art deco and the gardens .i would have liked a proper bar ,
The central location, the ease of booking online.
The Villa Victoria was a well run, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It had a lovely garden and a was very clean. We would stay there again when in Nice. It was also near to many restaurants and shops.
The little things that count like tea and coffee in the room, a towel warmer, a really nice shower, pastries and coffee in the afternoon (free), foreign and local newspapers, a computer (free), friendly staff, loan of umbrellas, convenient location--all added to the quality of the stay.
We were upgraded to a larger room because the initial room had a suboptimal wifi signal. Both rooms are nice as they are facing the garden, and are quiet.
The rooms look tired and require renovation.
Afternoon coffee and rolls was nice.
Street side of hotel is too noisy. Prospective guests need to understand that. I wouldn't pay this much again for such a noisy setting. Breakfast is far too expensive.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Reception arranged for an emergency wheel-chair for me within hours of the request.Excellent breakfast and service.
wonderful staff; garden room lovely, fresh air, flowers; breakfast on patio wonderful oasis in midst of busy city.
pillows too hard, bed could be softer
The staff were all helpful, friendly and polite. The personnel behind the reception desk were especially efficient and courteous. We also enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and in the afternoons in the lobby.
The fifteen euro breakfast was very nice but a bit expensive.
The staff were great and really helpful. And I enjoyed the garden space.
The rooms are small but the hotel has character and charm. The poor exchange rate made everything seem so expensive.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Villa Victoria was in a great location, close to wonderful restaurants. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We would return to this hotel.
A very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, professional and friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary drink in the afternoon and there is a lovely garden area at the back of the hotel for relaxing. Close to shopping and beach area.Rooms had very good air con as well as lovely shuttered windows that opened on to the garden.I loved the crockery in the breakfast room -tres chic.I would definitely stay here again.
The toilet was in a very confined cupboard space. The lift is very small but was very glad there was one at all.
position, clean, big room, helpful staff, nice garden, friendly and quiet atmosphere.
